In this police body camera footage today, we’re heading back to Indiana, for another altercation with the same family, from my last body cam video, the moorish sovereign citizen police impersonator Carl Dowd. This time the event was a few weeks prior to the last, where their neighbor called 911 and reported that a bullet had been fired through their wall, once officers arrive and investigate, they trace it to Mr. Dowd’s apartment. The officers attempt to get the family to come out side to speak with them so they can verify everyone’s safety or whether or not it was just an accident but Mr. Dowd wasn’t having any of it, and they barricaded themselves inside for more than an hour, eventually, with the looming threat of a swat team breach, the family exited their apartment and become very heated with officers. After showing their butts for a while, it is determined that Carl Dowd and another adult meal we’re going to be arrested and they are placed into police cars where Carl proceeds to kick out the back windows. This case has already gone to trial, and the results are at the very end of the video.
