Several years ago they clip went viral from Florida, where a man who claimed to be sovereign citizen, bumped heads with Judge Hurley, out of Broward county Florida, the video has been watched on YouTube, millions and millions of times, well I have received body camera footage from a traffic start where this sovereign Citizen his name is David Hall is pulled over and he goes to jail again in 2018. This clip is hilarious and it doesn’t disappoint. David Hall does his normal routine and we get to follow him from beginning to end.
