1st Amendment Audit PG&E

This 1st Amendment Audit I did while exercising over in San Jose California at the PG&E Transmission Substation.

During my audit I had the Park Rangers, G4S Security, PG&E Security, & WOW The Santa Clara County Sheriff all try to figure out what I’m doing even though it was obvious I’m just taking pictures from the sidewalk. G4S even telling me I can’t record private property while I’m on the sidewalk.
