Descriptions:
1st Amendment Audit Monterey County Jail Salinas, CA taken earlier in the year.
This was actually one of my first audits I did.
In this audit the deputy tries to take my phone and tells me not to record even tells me it’s illegal and illegally detaining me plus refuses to identify or call a supervisor as requested by a citizen.
