I’ve got a couple more days of editing to go in my next documentary so here is an interesting body camera video.
On August 1st, 2020 Macon Bibb County Deputies received a call from a downtown bar for a theft of a cell phone, deputies arrived on scene to discover the suspect was a Dublin Georgia Police Officer. After watching the bars security camera footage, it was clear officer Gary Jones Jr stole the phone, so deputies told him if you give it back you can walk out of here, for whatever reason Mr. jones says he didn’t take it and became combative which forced deputies to deploy a taser to him, this whole video will be chaptered so you can move around if you want, but the whole thing provides a unique prospective knowing that this is happening to an (at the time) Police officer.
