Sovereign Citizen Loses His Car And Continues The Non Sense On His Bicycle

I previously showed two different police interactions with one sovereign citizen who went by Chichester El Bey, and well This is a 3rd part to this series. In this interaction, Chichester El Bey has Become ineligible to get his car back, so he is now had to purchase a small little scooter to ride around on, and in this particular video and officer pulled up behind him as he was riding his little scooter down the middle of the road at night with no lights on, the officer goes to pull him over, just simply tell him he hast to have a light, when Mr. Chichester begins giving him the sovereign citizen routine again, which ends very badly for him for the third time. it actually doesn’t stop there because my next video is going to be the fourth and final part in the series where he was stopped yet again for the fourth time, that will be up in a few days.
