LIBRARY STAFF GETS OWNED ON CAMERA!!! 1st amendment audit FAIL

I conducted a 1st amendment audit at the Providence public library. Their employees were unaware of public photography laws ( rules )and experienced a very awkward moment when they schooled themselves on their own policy.
