I went to the Providence Police Department and had a very pleasent talk with Sgt Brown #89 Which impressed me with his good service. He relied on another supervisor to ensure my rights didnt get violated at the Post Office in Providence only to meet with an officer that had previously threatened me with arrest for public photography and kept saying we could go to a judge … I HAD TO EXCERSICE MY RIGHTS only with his OWN PERSONAL CONDITIONS. AND OFFICER 200 harrassed me and followed me all the way to my HOUSE… (SCARY)
