1st Amendment Audit Santa Cruz, CA Police Department.
You will see in this audit I was out getting a little exercise and doing an audit at same time and due to the shelter in place not going inside as well as keeping my distance for public safety and keeping it short and sweet just walking around and recording.
3 officers including Sergeant Bradley Burruel Badge 191, Officer Andres Gutierrez Badge 169, and Un-Know officer all decide NOT to IDENTIFY themselves BREAKING POLICY 320.2.8
For this I hold there Sergeant Bradley Burruel responsible as he is the higher ranking officer and should lead by example.
Note: 3 of them point at their badge when I asked for their badge number however 2 of them have a blue stripes going across their badge denying me visual access to their badge number.
