1st Amendment Audit San Jose, CA Police Training Center.

In this audit I will walk around the facility and you will notice over half a dozen officers confronting me over video recording in public wasting our precious resources.

One tyrant even tries to block me while I’m trying to leave then tells me I can’t record the facility later the Sergeant tells me I’m free to do whatever I want.

Seems to me like there’s a lot of confusion in the department over our 1st Amendment rights to video record in public.

Although a few of the officers tried to get my information with no luck overall they were still very cordial except for the the tyrant blocking me & telling me I can’t record.
