1st Amendment Audit Santa Clara, CA Police Department.

In this audit I walk around the perimeter of the Santa Clara, CA Police Department including the side parking lot, front of building, and side entrance.

I’m eventually approached by 2 officers one of them a sergeant whom is very cordial however: at one point he tries to tell me he will ask me to leave at some point. I had to shut it down real quick and remind him of his policy 424.3(a) allowing me to video/audio record then he tries to break out the loitering law with guys was originally designed to break up drug dealers, prostitution, and gambling not stop a camera man from recording our tax paid facility including law enforcement. I showed him down real fast on that one as well.
